      Can wear jeans to work

      Cons

      Management tries to instill fear in employees of being fired at all times so that they will submit to whatever treatment management wants to dole out. Very few raises or bonuses. Pay is low for job responsibilities. Favoritism is rampant.

      Pros

      A very diversified company, with holdings in many different silos. This is a company that looks out for its employees, and one that is strong in this current economy.

      Cons

      Opportunities are available, but, due to it being a company that is dependent upon is various facilities and plants, you would need to move in order to move up within.

      Pros

      Great pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      Company has been going down since before the Old Castle buyout. Most of the talent has abandoned ship or been let go for strategic reasons. Company is of the opinion that management and accountants can build roads. Time will tell. I know a lot of great profitable branches that where making good money 10-15 years ago are no longer around.
