Great benefits and fantastic hard working co-workers

Cons

I have noticed a massive shift over the last 4 years. Currently undergoing huge changes with not enough people to make these changes. People are expected to work 2 or 3 people's jobs pay is pretty good if you factor in the great benefits. But work life balance and the amount of work really decreases this as a benefit. Executive leadership is far to seperated from the work being done and morale is pretty bad all around. I wanted to retire with this company but wouldn't recommend it now unless things change.
