Was known for a company with great people. The good people have been leaving at a fast pace for a while now but there are still some. Great technology and every now and then great science when management doesn't muck it up.

Cons

Politics driven management, big egos, increasingly becoming less science driven, reactionary more than agile, lacking in leadership
