Takes care of their employees through comprehensive benefits. They currently pay for breakfast and lunch for lab employees. 401k is generous and a bonus is common

Depends on the team you work for. Politics and bureaucracy exists. HR is deaf ears to anything reported to them, poor information and help for immigrant employees.
