Good place to work right now since they listen and make changes. Very receptive to suggestions.

Cons

High turnover and high rate of hiring as well. But that’s common to the Cambridge area. Shortage of mentors. Pivoting often and Fighting fires constantly means middle management is not free to mentor. Personal development is employee designed and ‘employee driven’ though some improvements are slowly occurring.
