Science is great and inputs are appreciated. Engaging employee in CRISPR culture by giving commuter benefits, food and flexible work environment is commendable

Cons

Depends on the team you work for. Politics and bureaucracy exists. HR is deaf ears to anything reported to them, poor information and help for immigrant employees.
