We strive to provide our employees with lots of training, development opportunities and work/life balance. We understand and accept that there will be growing pains in a fast growing firm, but aim to minimalize those growing pains by failing fast. Critical Start is in hyper growth and does have high expectations, but we also like to have fun. We are a work hard, play hard collaborative team. Our industry is a fast moving, ever changing one and we look for people with an insurgent mindset who will question the status quo.

If I had to pick one, Id say the 401k match is 2.5%, but that's being nitpicky. Everything else is so unbelievable, that's not even a concern.
