      Beware: its harder than you think.

      Pros

      Seniors won't find anything that pays better, but you'll earn every penny of it. Your coworkers will be helpful and be good to work with.

      Cons

      Your manager will be more focused on his/her goals than yours. You will have to have a computer and internet access, and expected to check emails daily, because your manager could drop an event into your without notice. This is only part time work, but your expected to treat it like a career. Lack of respect is probably the biggest drawback, by your own management and the store(s) you are working in (Sam's, Wal-Mart). It makes the job harder!

      Good culture and smart people Recently committed to investing in technology You will be able to manage any client at any other company after working here

      Cons

      Layoffs and uncertainty High risk of failure, little chance of reward No real team dynamic No training Heavy scapegoating Like working for Amazon without the perk of saying you work for Amazon

      Work like a manager,get paid like a supervisor

      Pros

      Minimal supervision, fair IT structure. Cellphone allowance. Fun work environment

      Cons

      No local presence. Working every weekend. Purchase of necessary products to run operation out of pocket. No career path.
