Pros

Food supplied in office kitchen Some samples from clients

Cons

My time at this company was challenging due to several systemic issues that made it a difficult work environment. The workplace was largely unorganized, with poor communication and a lack of clear processes or direction from leadership. This often resulted in confusion, duplicated efforts, and unnecessary stress among employees. Unfortunately, I also experienced and witnessed bullying behavior, which was either ignored or poorly addressed by management. This contributed to a culture that felt cliquey and toxic — certain groups were favored, while others were excluded or marginalized, making collaboration and team cohesion difficult. Support from leadership and HR was minimal. Concerns were often dismissed or not taken seriously, leaving many employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. While every workplace has its challenges, I believe it's important for companies to prioritize a healthy, inclusive, and respectful culture — something I hope this organization will work toward in the future.

Pros

Some frontline colleagues are supportive and hardworking. Friday 3pm finish. Some flexibility with head office roles.

Cons

The workplace is highly political, where relationships often matter more than performance or integrity. Discrepancies between what is promised and what is delivered (e.g., benefits, support, career development). Lack of genuine diversity, equity, and inclusion. Non-inclusive behaviour is often enabled, especially in the HR function. HR practices and data integrity are questionable, with little accountability. Leadership prioritises appearances and social events over people and performance. Speaking up often leads to subtle retaliation or being pushed out.
