Pros

Flexible hours. And fellow workers were nice. And you are basically your own boss.

Cons

Very low pay and in order to get commission have to work way too hard. Basically its $8 an hour and if you work very very fast at best you can get $10 an hour. They pay is very little for gas. The machine they use for auditing stores is very poorly designed. They expect you to scan hundreds of products in one store however your thumbs will be damaged for life after a while. They could easily add an attachment to the scanning device to alleviate the problem but this company is too cheap for that. Definitely do not recommend.

Pros

The pay is better than other entry level positions and is very easy work.

Cons

Management and corporate treats you like disposable items and the scum between their toes. Management is trained to be on their high horses and turn their nose down on you. Their demands are highly unrealistic... you never know when you may be scheduled until the day before, so they expect you to not have any external commitments. Ever. They are very strict about any days requested off. This place is honestly not worth the headache. At all. You are held to very strict guidelines and management has free reign to do whatever they want. You will never become full time because Crossmark has found a way to save money by making virtually all employees part time only..
