Pros
It's a job. You get paid. The management acts like they really care about you and take an interest in your well being. If you've never had a real job you think this is really great!
Cons
Crossmark was the first of what I call - not real jobs. Real jobs have full time employees and pay a living wage with a real benefits package. They don't do any of those things. As many people as possible are part time, $10 hour with a benefits program that is not really even a basic plan. Crossmark sold all of the companies a way to take real jobs away and replace them with - not real jobs in the sense that everyone from the out-sourcing companies, to the upper management at Crossmark all come out with a good deal except the employees who do all the work. It's disgraceful!
