      Pros

      Pay was decent. Pay every week. Can basically make your own schedule. Meet new people

      Cons

      Have to use own equipment. Does not provide you with a tablet but I’ve had two Supervisors that stated I would be provided with one. They both lied. Communication between the Supervisor is not consistent. Not enough hours to make a decent check. Materials don’t arrive on time for assigned projects.

      A gutted shell of a company with nothing to offer employees.

      Pros

      Other than a job, there are no pros. This once was a good company who cared about their clients and more importantly cared about their employees.

      Cons

      Employee benefits have been gutted. Bare bones medical with no max cap and no hospitalization, Urgent Care, Etc. 401K match gone. Life insurance cut in half. Bonus opportunity gone.

      Pros

      Flexible and very easy, requires no brain cells.

      Cons

      Hours fluctuate from 0 to 30 in any given week. No raise, ever! Mileage reimbursement is the worst. I have worked for this company for 3 years now. I have never had a raise. New hires with no experience get paid more. I was recently moved to the new Walmart team. Hours have been cut more than in half and they are still hiring for the area. To do what? Also, new supervisor has not responded to any correspondence. No room for growth in this company either. Please read all the other similar reviews, they are all true.
