      Pros

      Great peers, good field workers, good training materials for field teams and a good client base.

      Cons

      Unrealistic demands, systems that do not work correctly, constant churn with no resolution, upper management has no time to develop employees, no matching 401k, expensive healthcare, 24/7 environment, no growth or learning potential.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is having weekends off. I seriously can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Nobody seems to know what is going on. Miscommunication is rampant. I quit after 3 weeks. Pay is horrible as well.

      Pros

      Lots of wonderful people to work with.The job is not particularly hard, but it will challenge you from time to time.

      Cons

      Pay is at the lower range of the national average (even for management positions). Very many are miserably underpaid. No 401K match. Very little reward when projects are complete because of field training issues. Small to no chance of upward movement unless you want to be client-facing. No more than a 10% salary increase with job promotions. Workforce management program being used (Axis/GigWalk) is beyond terrible. Communication between Teams is very poor.
