      Don't expect promotion based on ability

      Pros

      Make your own hours as needed to do the job. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Having a supervisor that had little or no knowledge of what our job was, having to be the one that everyone called when there was an issue because the supervisor either didn' t know or told them to call me. Getting no recognition of this and being passed over for promotion because he was in management of a team that failed, and needed the position, Being laid off in a conference call in listen only mode after more than 12 years, for no other reason than location.

      Pros

      I loved my job till Friday. I was making money, working the hours that I wanted, and feeling like I had a purpose in life. I thought about, and asked for a supervisory position as well as a mentoring job. The company posted jobs that were available, so I knew there was a possiblity of advancements. NOT

      Cons

      My area was cut by 2/3's. In the division that I work, if you don't drive you don't make any money. I was volunteering to work areas that were not covered for whatever reason. Management could not stand it and has now taken stores away and limited my miles. When I was hired, I was limited 39 hours not 40 miles.

      Violates labor laws and under pays

      There are no pros to this demeaning job and company.

      Cons

      Violates labor laws, no incentive to keep valued employees. Drunks, thieves and liars are hired and treated better than superior long term employees as- the ONLY goal is to have a demo completed( at least on paper). Pay is poor, management are also liars and stupid.
