Pros

A decent company with some flexibility but overall a general corporate structure with little to no pay raise and effort is held at an obattainable level.

Cons

The chance of a pay raise is slim to none. VP is very greedy with a one track mind. Would not recommend.

Flexibility of schedule, mgmt easy to work with on store issues.

Pros

I can schedule the assignments I am given.

Cons

After 2 years of working as a data collector for Crossmark, I am still making minimum wage. Crossmark pays only 31 cents per mile for driving (GSA and IRS standard mileage rate is 57 cents per mile). I have seen only 2 people from Crossmark, and have had very little training.
