      Flexible work schedule - I'll grant that this is a significant benefit

      Cons

      I was given a work task. When alerted that my assignment apparently wasn't done properly, I had to go back and fix it; fair enough. However, my pay was docked for the initial work. I doubt that's legal, much less fair/ethical? Frankly, that says enough. Of course, absurdly low pay, haphazard assignments, and poor management don't make things easier.
