Pros

Flexible schedule-I wondered why there were some pros...now I get it...we gotta say something good?

Cons

In five years we changed software for reporting several times, the last time was unbearable. It took twice as long to get program to work as it took to do the job. I hated that somehow it became acceptable-no mandatory-to use crap software. I thought the developer of the software must be related to owners of the company, but I finally quit and did not care enough to research. I was just looking up comments recently in hopes they have come to their senses...but I am not seeing much encouragement.

Pros

The only pro I can say about this company is that you work independently.

Cons

I worked here during Covid 19. They offered no hazard pay nor did they supply their employees with masks until weeks too late. Their timesheet reporting system is set up to work to their advantage. No overtime is allowed. The company continues to add tasks to each store visit which is humanly impossible to achieve within the required time frame. The pay is extremely low considering all the required work and the fact that you are driving your own car. My advice is, don't work here because it doesn't feel good to work hard for a company that doesn't care about the well-being of its employees.

Pros

Variety of products to represent.

Cons

My experience included no training and I was just thrown on the job to figure it out. To my knowledge, after serving seven years, company refused to give a single pay raise to any specialist in my area and the pay was only a little better than minimum wage. Dishonest lazy coworkers who underperformed, left shift early and collected for working full shift. Supervisors who refused to correct bad employees. Supervisors who only cared about checking off that the demo was reported as having been done but not caring if that was the truth.
