      Pros

      Easy work if you know what you're doing and have common sense.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. It takes more time than the alloted 15 min to get your cart & items and get set up on the floor. Out of supplies sometimes as well. And they're too cheap to pay someone to do any of the necessary prep work. So if you have to prepare something in the kitchen it takes time away from you being at the cart. I'm sure the companies paying wouldn't be happy with that.

      No raises after 7 years

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and ability to control workload as long as completed within a two week period. Except during cosmetic season then things get pushed.

      Cons

      Upper management doesnt seem to realize that their employees are their greatest asset and when you have good employees they should be rewarded. Negotiate your pay when hired because you will never see a raise. Management keeps saying they will but never do. Other companies pay way better.

      Cons

      Higher management is awful. Avoid Crossmark like the plague. I had at least 5 bosses in six months.
