Pros

Got a paycheck every other week

Cons

Depending on where you work in the US you could end up with the same female district manager and manager and I had.

Pros

This started out to be a temp job- I ended up staying with Crossmark for 3 years. I was able to make my own schedule (within limits) and MOST of the time it was an agreeable job.

Cons

I found out my job was over via email 12 hours before my next days work was scheduled! My supervisor of 3 years did not even call me to let me know (she knew 1 day before I found out) I was out of a job! I just checked my company email as usual the night before I worked (I only worked Fri, Sat and Sun) and the email was just there saying the job was over. In 3 years time I never received a single raise, and it looks like we are going to get cheated out of our 2014 bonus which was due literally any day (March of 2015). Do NOT count on any future with Crossmark!

Pros

Loved the coworkers that were real people, not trying to play the game. Cafeteria is great! Staff is friendly and it's the best hour of your day. Negotiated my salary up 22%. Likely approved because hiring manager was quitting the next week.

Cons

Certain departments have managers that are not experienced with market research, but great at micromanaging. Forced to drive in through dangerous conditions despite the job being 100% able to be done at home. Questioned for a doctors note when ill. Not trusted despite never acting untrustworthy. Workloads unmanageable and technology light years behind competitors because of specific contracts. Worked many nights till midnight to get projects launched because of QC requirements and delays. Short staffed. Underpaid in comparison to CSMs ($12-20k) who leave at 5pm, in general.
