Pros

This was my first experience for a broker so I have nothing to compare it to.

Cons

The Dedicated Team I worked for slashed its budget 50% for 2014 and I was downsized. They need to revisit mileage reimbursement and printing/copies reimbursement. $.6 a copy is VERY low. After all, there are print cartridges that have to be bought.

Pros

They'll take just about anyone on...a job opportunity for those who are in need.

Cons

Again, they'll take just about anyone on. The people that work there are so rude and awful. There's so much work to do that one manager cannot do it all. Hiring, firing and everything in between like being on the floor, disciplinary action and special projects. I left work crying or stressed out most days and I'm not that kind of person.

Pros

It's a job, just an inch better than being unemployed. Take home technology. Part timers get paid weekly Full timers get... Well they have a job so I guess that's good enough right? (That's how this company thinks) Good place to work if you like being micromanaged.

Cons

Supervisors work 60+ hrs per week and make less than 40k/yr. No raises, Below standard benefits, Disrespectful and myopic leadership. No room for growth-No matter what anybody tells you. Federal minimum reimbursement for mileage is $.55, at CROSSMARK it's $.31 This company has no relevant standing in the retail community, so your resume is almost worthless if you don't appropriately explain the purpose of your role in this company. No concept of "work and life balance"
