      Pros

      The recruitment and hiring process was quick and easy. The company has all the tools to execute and provide for the support of their employees.

      There is no consistency of work and therefore compensation.

      Pros

      Getting to cook some yummy food for appreciative customers. Some flexibility to work hours. Off on most holidays.

      Cons

      Schedule was never set in stone. You may find out you're working a couple hours you're suppose to be there. The opposite is true as well, you may be prepared to work only to find that event had been canceled last minute. Rude, greedy customers. Some of the customers think a demo person is a short order cook. They will come up to your cart and place and order rather then grab one of the samples available. They let their children run around the store like a pack of wolves, devouring everything in site.
