      Lack of leadership during change

      Pros

      CROSSMARK pays its employees well, and if you live in Plano/Frisco area it's a great commute. Overall, the people are very kind.

      Cons

      The leadership is disconnected from employees and very out of the loop. They make huge changes without considering the effect- including massive layoffs, only to have to call people back to help them with the mess that was created. Technology is non-exisent. Be prepared to go back 20 years when you walk through the doors- from a locked, "boys club" C-Suite, to paper processes.

      Pros

      Happily engage customers with various products. Able to be creative. Helping in creating more sales for the store. Making customers smile and happy to be shopping. Respect from store managers and coworkers.

      Cons

      You can be a positive, knowledgeable, hard working employee and work next co workers that are just there to collect a check. No evaluations. No pay raises. New employees make more money then employees that have dedicated years and are more skilled and experienced. No incentives, high turn over. Lazy supervisors that spend the day sitting on the phone while leads do all the running, organizing, and assisting.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Weekly pay is nice! Supervisors are respectful and compassionate Communication is always clear Havent had any issues with co workers or supervisor in almost 3 years.

      Cons

      Competitive pay isnt where it should be yet; I see this changing soon because the company stays on top of things. Systems always changing.
