      Waste of your time

      Pros

      Crossmark does have the ability to have a flex schedule, reasonable pay, work is not hard, and a little room for advancement

      Cons

      There are moments when crossmark does not have enough work, management changes very often, disorganized, and they are a cheap company to work for.

      Great entry level career, but move on once you get enough experience under your belt

      1. They will give you opportunity out of college with little to no work experience 2. The corporate office is well above average - breakfast and lunch on site and there is garage parking 3. Pay is on the middle-high end for liberal arts new grads 4. Majority of mid to upper level management is fantastic - however, those who "rule by fear" aren't weeded out quickly enough

      Cons

      1. Rampant nepotism 2. Several church cliques - if you're not religious, you will feel like an outsider 3. Their primary competitor (Mosaic) will pay more for the same job - and give you 3 weeks vacation right off the bat. You have to suffer through 5 years at CROSSMARK 4. Work-free vacations are impossible if you're salaried

      Pros

      Flexability, interesting,pretty good pay, scheduling, easy work, independent work, vast majority of clients who provide employees with a pretty good work load.

      Cons

      still uses paper as a means of gathering assignments instead of available technology, always complaining about reported time to work projects. having to report time when you get home, unrealistic expectations, dropping projects at the last minute.
