Pros

Flexable schedule, as a full-time rep you can basically set your own schedue, starting time, end time as long as you worked 40 hours.. Benefits after 6 months

Cons

Management is horrible. No accountability. No room for advancement. No raises given AT ALL. Yearly meetings (PODS) our ROM played Farmville with client right next to her at POD meetings, No wonder our client left Crossmark and went to Acosta No communication Crossmark quick to tell you what you are doing wrong, never praise Not enough training. You need to watch Videos on computer and expected to be and Expert Sales Rep! Our ROM was horrible, Unprofessional in actions and dress. Can’t tell you her lack of knowledge for proper professional dress. Don’t work in a grocery store with flip flops! And this was on more than one occasion over a period of 5 years

Regular paychecks, support from DSE.

Cons

ES' never get a raise, too much corporate imposed time, upper management pays lip service to issues, actually do nothing.

Reasonable pay and timely deposit of paycheck.

Cons

Very little training, and left on own to figure out set-up and promotional plan Not flexible for part-time students and not given the hours promised Supervisor turnover constant but management does not advise staff of changes Technical errors and difficulties experienced with demo payment card Employee must constantly initiate contact with supervisor to obtain schedule and event updates Schedules not always posted and advised only hours in advance of shift
