Pros

Supervisor and clients acknowledge tasks completed before deadline. Good hours, location, OK benefits, flexible for time off, 39 hr rule, and nice work environment, and middle management are fair and nice people to work for.

Cons

No raises, no bonuses and the cost of living keeps going up. Lack of corporate communication decisions that may change your your job and position.

Pros

Pay is good and hours are nice (no nights or early mornings). My supervisor is very flexible in allowing us to take off when needed as long as we are available most weekends. We have a good team that pulls together and helps each other to get the job done.

Cons

It can be very hot since long sleeves are required. At our store the Crossmark managment and Sam's Club management seem to be working against each other instead of with each other a lot of the time.

Pros

Decentralized management equals a great degree of autonomy in day-to-day operations (so you don't have a supervisor looking in over your shoulder every day).

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity for advancement- you top out in the team/project and they don't move people out into higher positions No pay raises, yet increasing levels of responsibility- the attitude is that you should just be grateful to have a job. Negative feedback environment- never praised or rewarded for being top performer, yet if you're not a top performer you'll be made very aware of that No work/play balance- you're expected to work as many hours as necessary to complete tasks, even while responsibilities are continually added Support and resources to effectively manage are NOT offered Upper management in general has a total lack of integrity
