Pros

The checks don't bounce. Company has some advantages for folks looking for part time, weekend or through the week work. Just know they have many divisions that pay different ranges.

Cons

Division management up to the senior leadership is very out of touch with the industry; this is most reflected in the compensation, benefits, ever changing job descriptions and unrealistic expectations placed on the core folks who actually do the work. This company "grows" through acquisition of other companies but end up destroying and gutting what they acquire then losing the contracts because they won't adapt and offer the same level of service the client is use to.

Pros

Flexible hours and have two stores

Cons

Working as merchandising rep. You have to use your own personal printer and ink which means you have to print at least up to 90 piece of paper a week. That a lot. Not worth it.

Pros

The work is easy and occasionally fun, and the pay is fine for what you do. My supervisor is great about working with his employees, and he really seems to care about us. There is little if any micromanagement from my supervisor or his boss.

Cons

Working at Sam's club isn't overly enjoyable. About 10% of the members are extremely rude, and you are made to feel like unwanted step-children by the Sam's Club employees/management. Raises don't exist unless you get promoted, and there is very little room for promotion. The medical insurance is pretty sub-par. Hours get really scarce around June and stay that way until November - nobody stays in Arizona during the hot months.
