Pros

I have gotten very lucky to have great teammates and lots of learning opportunities in the time that I have been with CRST. There has been a lot of chances to expand my knowledge, step out of my comfort zone and excel at areas I knew nothing of when I started with the company.

Cons

It takes some time to move up. Promises can be made with no action taken for lengthy periods of time.

Pros

CRST has proven to be an extremely positive and professional environment. Everything from the interview process thru to hire date was very well orchestrated, thorough, and made me feel valued. I have been in the workforce for almost 30 years and have never had a more positive and welcoming on-boarding experience. After a month into it, I can say with confidence this has been an excellent choice for an amazing company and I consider myself very fortunate.
