Transfers and promotions to other divisions are equally readily available and advertised - Strong leadership development program and project curriculum - Many opportunities to work with other departments and divisions. These resources are always happy to help answer problems and build knowledge - Loyalty and longevity with the company is always acknowledged and rewarded

Cons

- Not CRST directly, but the transportation industry in general can be high-demand/high-stress at times. CRST is no different - if you aren't currently in transportation and are considering entering the industry, perform the research and identify expectations. Your hard work will be noticed.

Some positions undervalued and therefore pay not what it should be. Tolerance with some employees actions that should not be allowed. Such as loudness in the workplace and dress code.

opportunity to work a wide range of tasks, repetitive but with an opportunity to support different areas. flexible work schedule works independently, but with support from supervisors

Cons

difficulty in getting information from CRST Accounting area in a timely manner - I do understand that they are overloaded, but I find it difficult in getting my customers' answers.
