      Great company. Fast-paced, exciting environment. Room for career growth. Excellent mentors to work under.

      Cons

      Trucking is a tough, competitive environment overall. But CRST does it as well as anyone and better than most!

      Pros

      Management has been great to work for and company executives are very approachable. Although the company is family owned they rely on a board of outside experts to look for innovative solutions to current challenges best operating procedures.

      Cons

      In my area the company should look at equipment replacement to stay current with the latest technologies and safety innovations in the industry. Pay in my area is slightly below industry standard.
