Pros
The Interview process at CRST was very smooth. My recruiter was very quick with her responses via e-mail. I appreciated that the interview process included job shadowing, I feel this is a great start for potential employees to know if this is the right fit for them. My recruiter, Emily did a wonderful job explaining job opportunities in detail, letting me know all of the positions open that seemed like an ideal fit for myself. The hiring process was very smooth, once all of my paper work came through, we chose a start date that fit perfect for me. I've been employed a few weeks now. Training was very informative, and I came out on the floor feeling confident with the knowledge I had learned and retained. My manager and co-workers have been great thus far by answering any questions I have, and showing me vs telling me how to handle certain items. I love that there is opportunity for growth within the company as well.
Cons
Flexibility- being able to come in early to leave early or come in late and leave late, vs just having missed time if you have an appt, etc.
