good co-workers, interesting work, decent pay

Cons

not enough time off, strict dress code, attention is mainly focused on the drivers not the office staff, pay raises are not based on individual merit, employees are not allowed to work through lunch hour, training is inconsistent

Really liked this job at first great people hours were ok

Cons

The management plays favorites will let people steal your applications and worst some act very unprofessional. For someone new coming in watch out it’s not a good environment fighting for leads and applications is not my dream job. They also don’t tell you everything in the interview because they know no one would take the job if they did

The pay was great, the people were amazing, we constantly worked to make things more efficient for the people on the floor and on the road!

Cons

Not much I can say here! Aside from this job was just too far from Kokomo!
