      Good Training, Work/Life needs balance

      Excellent training, good health benefits, team environment

      Cons

      work/life balance is not a consideration - extended hours expected even though there is sufficient time to complete duties during normal work hours (seems to be out of habit and not neccessity)

      Great starting wage, great people, family friendly, benefits are good. Very fast paced.

      Cons

      Would not be a good position for someone who doesn't like changes. The trucking industry, as a whole, would not be good for someone who doesn't like change.
