Pros

I have always enjoyed how well the company treats employees. I have never ran into an issue that could not be fixed. Everyone is very nice, very helpful with any issues.

Cons

I can only think of one "CON" and that would be the hours. Sometimes you may have to work some manditory overtime.

Lots of miles to run, mostly good communication

Cons

High pay in for insurance if you have a family, over worked under paid drivers who have way less experience get the same as we do and pay top out
