      Pros

      I have gotten very lucky to have great teammates and lots of learning opportunities in the time that I have been with CRST. There has been a lot of chances to expand my knowledge, step out of my comfort zone and excel at areas I knew nothing of when I started with the company.

      Cons

      It takes some time to move up. Promises can be made with no action taken for lengthy periods of time.

      Pros

      Since being employed here, and working in the area I chose, I feel my contributions to the company have greatly increased, as I've been allowed to perform with more "lead way" and that some of my ideas for improvement have been utilized to enhance our department's abilities.

      Cons

      In fairness, yes we need drivers to sustain and grow the company, but I also feel that due to retention necessity, drivers have actually been given more "power" which some have used to manipulate the company in to bending to their wants and have actually "gotten away" with more than they should, that they are not being held accountable for their actions, some to the point of actually lying about things that have occurred or ben said in order to keep themselves out of trouble

      Pros

      This company really gives you the freedom to run your part of the business, with the ability to speak with individuals that have 30+ years within the company. The company will treat you great everyday and not just for a couple days and then turn into an employee number.

      I have not a single negative thing to say about CRST STI
