      Pros

      Will train you to get CDL, travel to see the country. Newer (not new) trucks. Hawkeyes community college where you may get trained is top notch.

      Cons

      Low pay, split pay, high price for schooling, you pay every cent that is paid to get employed. They are the worst company I've worked for in truck.

      To be part of a large corporation

      Cons

      Poor ethics, they use their employees to the extreme and do not compensate. Employees are treated poorly. Management is allowed to berate employees.
