      Pros

      Peers are generally fun people, but that may be because we're all in the same boat together.

      Cons

      This is not a 40-hour a week job. Salaried employees routinely work long hours (7am - 5pm minimum) every weekday, and then at least on Saturday (8am - 12pm) a month (maybe more depending on how short the department is). If you show up 5 minutes late, they'll write you up, ignoring the fact that you're still going to work at least another 8 hours and 55 minutes that same day.

      Pros

      If you are capable of sleeping whilst a guy you would not trust hold your grand baby takes the wheel for 12 hour otr shifts. If you like low quality bad food for breakfast and lunch, whilst you train. If you enjoy being bossed around by unprofessional. If you are a passionless drone, at odds and at the end of your rope CRST is the company for you.

      If you find out the truth of this sham, after the contract is signed, be prepared to never use that hard earned class A again....and have 7k placed against an already stress credit history...they got you
