Good starting salary and benefits.

Cons

Human Resources is non existent. If you have an issue and file a complaint it always seems to get lost. This company protects top performers. Top performers can treat co workers anyway they please. One department in particular continues to let one employee harass others without any consequences because this employee has good numbers and they're afraid of a law suit. People will continue to leave until this is resolved. No body deserves to work in a hostile work environment.

Great Company/Bad Business Plan

Pros

On the sales end, they had excellent training on location in Cedar Rapids, IA. Really established a great foundation in the logistics field because of the support up there.

Cons

For all the money they spent, training, and hiring, they had a terrible long term business plan for their satellite offices. Think it could have been managed better. Also, when they laid everyone off, severance was a joke.

We are glad to hear training went well for you in Cedar Rapids., Often when a company has to make a difficult decision to eliminate a group of employees there are individuals who would like to have been provided with "more". We have specific guidelines we have to follow regarding severance in order to ensure parity.
