Pros
Good pay, good people, if you're good at your job you can pretty much stay forever, good schedule.
Cons
Corporate structure is a mess, company is extremely reactive, they don't give a damn about you, the $ sign makes you expendable no matter what you've done for them in the past. The only area they're proactive in is when it comes to cutting employee pay and benefits, that was the first thing they did during the pandemic. Pay at the middle management levels is a joke.
