A manager who lost 3 team members in the span of 1 month is still in the same position and nothing changes when things aren't working. Too old school. Employees who have been there for 15, 20, 30+ years are all over and VERY unwilling to adapt and learn new things. "This is the way we have always done it" should be the company motto.

PAY, communication , care for drivers , consistency , horrible organization , your just a number/slave, no regard for weather , take 45 mins on hold to get dispatch, liars, scamming you with a 6500 dollar contract and they break your bank account and make you quit after 3-6 months. Then you still owe them the full amount and you went broke working for them. They then in return get all their money and you just wasted a year of your life and probably lost things along the way. I honestly can not stand this is getting done to people. They take advantage of people who are in a financial crunch and capitalize financially off your struggle. This is not a few people doing this , this is a complete business model the way this is ran. I could honestly do a documentary of this company that would probably open a ton of peoples eyes and might grab someone’s attention who can do something about it.
