Customers are close to base.

Cons

Horrible pay, junk equipment, no communication between supervisors and managers, recruiters don't answer the phone if you want to transfer, they cap drivers at no more than 50 hrs/week...averaging 45 hrs, absolutely no incentives.

You get to travel and see most of the US. Do you get to work with some awesome people (nighttime Drive managers)

Cons

Recruiting lies to get people in the door. I was told that after training, I could go solo if I chose to. Some of the driver managers very are rude. They don’t care about your home time, even though they get to go home every night. Some of the drivers and day time driver managers are very unprofessional and think that they can speak to you any type of way. No matter how much you drive the pay for the truck is split down the middle.
