This program gives you visibility and the ability to work in 4 different departments within CRST in 3 years, rotating between all four. This is the first year of them doing this program, so I feel like it is good opportunity to provide feedback on things that went well and things are not working well. The plan after going through the program is that you will get promoted into a management position, so they have a good plan set in place to make us better leaders to help carry their company into the future.

Cons

I haven't worked in this department that long, but I have no real cons at this time.

Pros

CRST is a good place to work. The work is challenging, and if you are willing to work, it can be very rewarding. It's not an easy job by any means. The people are great, most people are smiling and get to know their coworkers really well. The way it's set up fosters an environment of collaboration and cooperation; people aren't stuffed into high cubicles being quiet; the cubicles are low, there's always a buzz and always something to do. If you like solving problems and being challenged, and being rewarded for a hard days' work, CRST is a great place to look at.

Cons

The job can become quite stressful at times, but that can be said of most any job.

good co-workers, interesting work, decent pay

Cons

not enough time off, strict dress code, attention is mainly focused on the drivers not the office staff, pay raises are not based on individual merit, employees are not allowed to work through lunch hour, training is inconsistent
