      No upward mobility - stagnant pay - ugly company shirts (mandatory) - less than intelligent executives/regional managers - arbitrary processes (clock in multiple methods) - cameras in cabs of trucks - outdated equipment (old gardner trailers) - hiring of inadequite drivers - drivers are treated as second class citizens who do not know how to do their jobs - majority of management have little to no experience in trucking
