      People are friendly and helpful. Very informative training. Learned alot about the trucking industry

      The training was sink or swim type. My actual training was only 2 weeks if that.

      Pros

      There was a lot of flexibility in my schedule, although I know that wasn't always the case with other jobs. Free coffee

      Cons

      Extremely inefficient and wasteful spending on things that the company didn't need, but zero spending on systems or equipment that would help employees do their jobs. Management had their favorites and if you weren't one of them, good luck getting any support.

      flexibility with time home every week

      Cons

      Didn't keep word on guarantee pay (more work and pay was getting less and less) my father died and they would not even give me my bonus that I entitled too because I had to attend his funeral. they stated you had to work everyday of the month How could a company count a death against you especially when you went over and beyond for this company ,
