Pros

Working with disadvantage clients in the community. Flexible hours depending on position. Average benefits package for all employees full or part time.

Cons

Generally low pay per position within the industry. Resources needed to support the vision of the agency is sorely insufficient.

Pros

Opportunity to impact lives of the disabled, great 403b package, okay benefits but insurance gets worse each year for health, comparitive pay, treat the persons we help overall well as an agency

Cons

Upper management uninvolved with actual work locations other than Chantilly, Senior Management Clinical no vision and little concern for employees, raises for years have been poor and focus seems to usually be on budgets, no room to talk about negatives except at QMR, open programs hodge podge clinically based on what opportunites arise verses the vision for the agency, poor treatment of lower level staff, not much room for advancement
