Upper management uninvolved with actual work locations other than Chantilly, Senior Management Clinical no vision and little concern for employees, raises for years have been poor and focus seems to usually be on budgets, no room to talk about negatives except at QMR, open programs hodge podge clinically based on what opportunites arise verses the vision for the agency, poor treatment of lower level staff, not much room for advancement
