MANAGEMENT! The company doesn't know which direction they want to go, extreme micromanaging, they expect us to upsell their product to everyone and anyone, zero compensation for taking on 3 other departments to help the company minimize their cost. Less employees = more work. Supervisors no longer have a back bone to make decisions and they are left as the middle man with simple questions having to go through upper management. Executives have no idea what front line employees are being put through and supervisors pointing fingers that the changes are coming from "higherups"
Training provided for taking on roles new roles are ridiculous spread out and NO FEED back on how we are doing. Only negative feedback
It's no longer about helping our insureds through tough situations its more about how can we get more money out of them.
The company is said to lose 15 people a month! 15!
That's alot for a company to even acknowledge.
Our poor customers are paying high premiums with the expectation of receiving high customer service. We are a customer based company and with in a year it's no longer about servicing the customer.
Too many changes In a time of a pandemic not worrying about the mental stability of your employees. We are completely over worked, underpaid, and stressed the hell out!
Just dont bother applying this company you will end up having to speak to a therapist because of all the stress they put you through.
Currently numbers are more important at this time
Answer your phone regardless of who you are helping at the time, regardless if you are writing a 22k estimate. Zero sympathy for anything.
The fault always falls on the front line employees trying to adjust to their extreme changes month after month!
