      Pros

      Still gives great member service due to the dedication of the front line employees.

      Cons

      Those same employees work under constant fear of job loss, poor reviews and having endless reorganziations. Superior performance and member service is not rewarded, and input from the employees is disregarded. This was a company that lead the way in service and had a great reputation. The PLT made a deliberate decision to take that reputation and change it to mediocre at best. Way too many outside consultants, way too many managers, way too few that really want to be excellent.

      Pros

      The benefits are good and fair. My fellow workers are very good to work with and helpful. The physical workplace is comfortable and comfortable.

      Cons

      The pays not up to par for the simalar work and raises nonexistent. Very unrealistic goals are expected. Feedback is mostly negative and good performance not appreciated. Senior management is out of touch with the workers and they are not available. The technology is very unreliable and most frustrating to work with.

      Back in the day, this was the best company to work for. Now, NOT AT ALL.

      Cons

      Senior Mgmt has no clue what this company really needs. The continually make business decisions based on consultants from the outside. They need to listen to their front line employees.
