      Pros

      At one time the company had a great benefits package, but they have cut that down to the just the basics.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management. Disingenuous corporate values. Poor communication. Brutal layoffs, where impacted employees are paraded in front of their colleagues in tears. “It’s good to be king" style of Management. Burning out employees at any whim without clear goals. Constantly changing strategies. Leaders that minimize or disregard the needs and well being of anyone outside the group or employees where they have direct responsibility. Inadequate accountability for senior Management.

      Pros

      The talk is good but there is no trust.

      Cons

      There is a feeling of having to watch your back - no trust between management and employees. The frontline employees are the ones who make a company, yet managers have been known to call these employees names behind their back and create fear and need for acceptance instead of a work place of working together. Be careful of co-workers who tell you that you need to trust them - that is usually a sign there is a reason to NOT trust them. CSAA is borderline lawsuit-worthy.
