      This is the worst company I worked with as a permanent employee here in Glendale, AZ. There is absolutely no sense of direction in this company. Nobody knows where the company going. They are treating employees like a trash, and they think that they can hire and fire anybody anytime. I even felt racial discrimination among my group when I was working there. If your political skills are high you may survive but that is also not gurenteed.You have to be real sycophant or a real jackass to survive here. I know nobody treat contractors very well, but CSAA treat them like junk.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is well-maintained at CSAA, and there is a general feeling of care towards their members and customers at the front-line level. Also, the long-time employees show great loyalty towards the company.

      Cons

      Shockingly incompetent and out-of-touch upper management and a callous disregard towards the same loyal employees praised above has resulted in a trail of failed expensive projects and policies and a disastrously low morale.

      Pros

      Overtime Pay and learning the California and Nevada law requirements.

      Cons

      Lots of old deadwood management very much behind the times who treat all employees shabbily .Management brags about salary and lack of having to do any work and be accountable to anyone. Managers and Supervisors plan to suck all the possible money out of the company possible for their pensions, benefits. Company wastes incredible amounts of money . Management could care less if company gets bought out or goes bankrupt.
