      Not so bad if you are on the sales side!

      Pros

      great place to work, if you are in SALES ...not so good if you are in underwriting, claims, administration. The company does not place much value in those positions...I have sold for other companies, this place truely sells itself, which makes my job very easy!

      Cons

      Friends in non-sales positions being let go...pay more for our health benefits.

      Pros

      The best part is that co workers (at least in my department) are diverse and we can learn a lot from each other. The working environment with my peers is wonderful.

      Cons

      The company has changed a lot since I started working there. I truly feel now that providing the highest quality service is no longer a priority for the company, and that the "bottom line" trumps all. It is very disheartening to see this decline in values

      Pros

      Overall, CSAA is a great place to work, the pay is great, and the company gives back to their community and ensures that there is equal work life balance. The company gives back to there employees by providing employee incentive, at the end of the year- if the company meets there goals the employee retain a bonus. The bonus is great opportunity to show how well the employee did during the year. They also have an excellent learning environment the classes range from learning how to type to understanding and improving your leadership styles. CSAA really believes in giving back to there employees by providing the necessary tools for growth.

      Cons

      One of the downsides of working for CSAA is that there is a lot of favoritism within the company. As the old saying goes "It's not about what you know, it's about whom you know", that is one of the constant complaints about this company. In addition, no structure, employees can do whatever they chose because CSAA believes in empowering the employee- sometimes this statement is taken too far.
